Step 1: Digital Consultation & Assessment
You’ll complete a detailed digital questionnaire covering your history, goals (e.g., muscle gain, fat loss, endurance), mobility limitations, injury status, etc.
We also discuss your weekly time commitment to ensure the plan fits your life.
Step 2: Expert Plan Creation
Our trainer uses this data to craft a periodized plan, including specific exercises, sets, reps, rest times, and instructional videos/notes for perfect form and how to use the equipment.
The plan is delivered through our easy-to-use app/platform that you already use to manage your membership.
Step 3: Execution & Check-In
You begin training! You can track your progress and log your workouts within the platform.
Hello!! My name is Michelle, and I am your local personal trainer! I’ve been coaching for the last 5 years and have received my personal trainer diploma and certification through ACE as of March 2020. I’m a local to Alberta Beach, and you may have seen me around either grabbing a coffee at the Grind, or on one of my runs through town with my dogs. My husband and I both grew up in the community of the Lac Ste Anne area, and we both just love it here.
I’m passionate about helping clients not only reach their goals, but develop their own confidence about exercising, in or out of the gym, as well as trying to find that sustainable lifestyle change. I specialize in functional training, which is training that will help you with movements that translate into real daily life. My programming focuses on stability, mobility, and mastering the basic movement patterns with good form, which then will build strength and muscle over time. I’m dedicated to coaching my clients so they can unlock their full potential and get moving more!
I also really enjoy working with older adults and will be receiving more knowledge come the new year into senior fitness specialist certification.
